Texas A&M Bush School of Government and Public Service faculty member Dr. Jessica Gottlieb led students in a large-scale field experiment around the 2015 elections in Benin to examine which types of information and which delivery mechanisms have the greatest impact on electoral accountability. ConDev sponsored travel for the students and faculty to collect data in Benin. While there, student researchers collected primary data in Benin. Upon their return to the United States, they presented their conclusions ConDev and produced a Technical Brief for distribution to ConDev, USAID and other key decision makers.
